Dear Ms King, Re:- 179 Laleham Road, Staines, TW18 2NR
In regards to the above topic and the e-mail I received this morning in regards to legal notice to quit the property, require the following assistance from yourselves:-
1. Help to prosecute David Mbazzirra and any other parties of the Mbazzirra household for harassment 2. Help to prosecute the afore mentioned people for discrimination 3. Help to prosecute the afore mentioned people for victimisation 4. And finally help to prosecute the afore mentioned people for racial discrimination.
The reasons for this request are as follows:-
1. The letter advising the tenants at the afore mentioned address to quit the property is only addressed to myself, Michael Wood. As this is a multiple occupancy household, in the eyes of the law this is harassment, victimisation and discrimination as the entire property is allegedly sold. 2. When the alleged new owners were shown around the property, the conversation between the alleged new owners and the father of Eric Mbazzira was not conducted in English, but in their native language. As both families are of ethnic origins, I have been advised by several solicitors this is racial harassment against the current tenants who are classed as British White citizens.
Can you please advise me on how I can start legal proceedings against the Mbazzirra family in regards to the above list or if Spelthorne Council would be prepared to assist me take this case to court and help prosecute the Mbazzira family. I look forward to your speedy response.
Yours sincerely,
Michael Wood
