Dear Ms King, & Mr Spearpoint
Re:- 179 Laleham Road, Staines, TW18 2NR In regards to the above topic I have not received a response from Ms King or any of her colleagues in response to my letter dated 6th December 2006 in regards in prosecuting the Mbazzirra family for harassment. A copy of this letter can be found on the enclosed CD Rom. This CD includes the following:- Copy of my application form for housing which I was informed by a colleague of Ms King that has not been received by the housing Office. Pictures showing the extent of damage to the property which has also been assessed by Mr L Spearpoint (Environmental Health) Copy of E-Mails received up until 8th December 2006 (Last correspondence received) and sent to the Mbazzirra family. Copy of the original letter sent to Ms King asking for help in prosecuting Mr Mbazzirra for harassment. I trust that you can accept the enclosed application form for housing as it would appear that this has gone missing in the post. In regards to the letter sent to Mr Mbazzira on 18th December 2006 from environmental health requesting access to the property on Monday 8th Jan 2007, No request has been received from any member of Mr Mbazzirra family requesting access. It would appear that Mr Mbazirra has no intentions on selling the property but to rent it out to a family in order he can bypass the fitting of fire doors, fire alarms, landlords gas safety certificate.
This theory is also confirmed by several solicitors as he is trying to renovate the property which is not done if the property has been sold. This also backs up my claim for racial harassment and discrimination by leasing the property to another ethnic family. I look forward to your response. This letter and CD Rom has also been sent to Environmental health
Yours sincerely,
Michael Wood
