Dear Mr Wood Firstly I would be very grateful if you could provide me with details of your solicitor so that our legal representation can contact them with regards to matters relating to the above property. I also wanted to remind you that the date that you need to have vacated the property is 29th January 2007. Can you confirm that you will be able to provide the keys on Monday 29th January 2007at 14.00pm. We have also bee instructed by Mr LR Spearpoint the Senior Environmental Health Officer for Spelthorne Borough Council to fit two smoke detectors in the property. I am keen to carry out my legal obligations as a landlord with regards to the property stated above as quickly as possible. My brother has tried to contact you and the other tenants over the last two days (since 9th January) in order to arrange this, we also want to check the status of the property. He will be at the house during the morning on Saturday 13th January. If you wish to discuss any matters detailed above, please do not hesitate to contact me. I would be most grateful if you could confirm receipt of this letter its contents, and your next course of action. For your information I have also written to James Capsey and Jenny explaining the current situation as detailed above.
