This refers to my old address and the current prosecution of David Mbazirra, Eric Mbazirra and his father in regards to running a property without due care for the current tenants.

I lived in this property from April 2002 until Jan 2007,when I relocated to a property of my own.

The property consists of a ground floor and upper floor and normally has between 3-4 tenants split out as follows:-

Rear Bedroom
Small Box Room
